B. some of the advantages of this tool is that you can save any website you want and later access the site again on any other computer you want.
C. i would not want to use this web tool, simply because it is a long and painful process to save the site and then later to bring up the site you had saved earlier.

Well, there is the aggravation of keeping your bookmarks in order, that's true. I like the access from any computer myself, but I can understand that it's just one more thing to manage.
